4. CHAOS CREATIV Products
Certain products offered as part of CHAOS CREATIV may be reconstructed, redesigned, modified, handmade, individually finished, or produced in limited quantities.
As a result of the creative or production process, minor variations between individual pieces may occur.
Where such variations are inherent to the product and are adequately disclosed before purchase, they are not necessarily manufacturing defects.
This provision does not limit any rights available to consumers regarding defective, unsafe, or non-conforming products.
